The Hot Stamp Customized Wooden Spork is crafted from fast-growing birch wood through precise cutting and hot pressing.
It is biodegradable, compostable, and environmentally friendly, making it a sustainable alternative to plastic cutlery. Available in 140mm and 160mm sizes, this disposable wooden spork is designed for effortless food picking and a comfortable grip.
Unitech's wooden sporks feature clean edges, no burrs, and no splits, ensuring a safe dining experience. With high-quality hot stamping customization, these sporks offer a personalized touch for restaurants, catering services, and special events while maintaining premium durability and eco-consciousness.
Unitech's wooden cutlery is made of birch and measures more than 18cm in diameter. Because birch is a fast-growing tree, the growth period to harvesting standard is short, in contrast to some throwaway degradable cutlery that utilizes non-recyclable resources as raw materials.
The entire production process produces no pollution or emissions. Unitech's wooden cutlery emits no pollution during the whole manufacturing process, in opposed to disposable biodegradable dinnerware, which requires large-scale industrialization and chemical processing.
Natural materials degrade without the use of additives. Unitech's wooden cutlery is made entirely of natural components that can decay in the natural environment. This is not the same as throwaway tableware, which must be degraded in a specialised environment.
