Champaner sits at the foot of Pavagadh hill, and the Champaner–Pavagadh Archaeological Park is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Pilgrims climb or take the ropeway to the Kalika Mata temple at the top, and during Navratri the crowds are enormous. Food stalls, dharamshalas and restaurants along the route serve snacks and meals to visitors all day.
Unitech Wooden Cutlery has made disposable birchwood cutlery in Ahmedabad since 2007. Every piece is natural, compostable and free of plastic — a direct replacement for the plastic spoons and forks banned in India since July 2022.
Small spoons and forks for snacks, sweets and prasad sold along the Pavagadh route.
Bulk cutlery for meal service to tourists and pilgrims.
Regular supply for factory canteens in nearby Halol GIDC.
Orders for Champaner are dispatched from our factory at Odhav, Ahmedabad, and travel about 150 km by road via Vadodara and Halol. Delivery is usually 1 to 2 days after dispatch.
Navratri at Pavagadh is by far the busiest period, followed by the monsoon, when the hill is green and visitors increase. Stock up at least two to three weeks before Navratri.
