Khambhat is an old port town on the Gulf of Khambhat, famous for two things above all: its agate-bead craft and its halwasan, a rich sweet made from milk and wheat that visitors take home by the box. Sweet shops, caterers and restaurants here sell a great deal of food that is eaten with a small spoon.
Our birchwood cutlery is splinter-free, food-safe and fully compostable, and it has been made at our Ahmedabad unit since 2007 — so Khambhat buyers get factory supply rather than a reseller's price.
Small wooden spoons packed with halwasan, sutarfeni and other sweets.
Bulk spoons and forks for weddings and community events.
Takeaway cutlery for the town's restaurants.
Khambhat is about 90 km from our Ahmedabad factory, reached by road via Tarapur. Expect delivery usually 1 to 2 days once your order is dispatched.
Sweet-shop sales peak around Diwali and other festivals, and when visitors take halwasan home as gifts. Shops usually stock up a few weeks before Diwali.
